Kyle Uebelhardt

Kyle Uebelhardt is an Associate Attorney in our firm's San Fernando Valley office. Mr. Uebelhardt was a high school valedictorian and graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor's Degree in Government and a Specialization in Political Theory. While at Dartmouth, Kyle played quarterback on the school's football team and was a member of the dance ensemble. He is currently a member of the DArtmouth Alumni Club Los Angeles and serves as an interviewer for the Dartmouth Admissions Committee. Mr. Uebelhardt obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree from Ventura College of Law, earning a Certificate of Concentration in Business Law. While attending law school in the evenings, Mr. Uebelhardt worked full time in the areas of Real Estate Law, representing common interest developments, and in addition, served as legal assistant to international expert Alvaro Pascotto, Esq., drafting transactional documents in the fields of Business Aviation, Tas Planning, Private Equity and Wealth Management. Mr. Uebelhardt is also a trained mediator through the Ventura Center for Dispute Settlement. Mr. Uebelhardt enjoys complex legal writing and also serves as a news broadcaster with WorkCompAcademy Weekly News.
