E. Cruz Eusebio is an associate attorney with the Law Offices of Floyd, Skeren & Kelly, LLP in our firm's Riverside office location since 2007. Mr. Eusebio earned his Bachelor's Degree from Carlton College in Northfield, Minnesota, and subsequently obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree at Western State University College of Law. During law school, Mr. Eusebio was a member of the Honors Moot Court program. He was also a recipient of the James M. Brower Achievement Award. Since his admission to the California State Bar in 1991, Mr. Eusebio has devoted his practice exclusively to the defense of Workers\’ Compensation matters before the Workers\’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB), and has substantial experience aggressively litigating all workers\’ compensation issues including 132a and Serious and Willful misconduct cases on behalf of employers, third party administrators, insurance carriers, uninsured employers and self-insured entities.
