Rebecca L. Maloch is a Hearing Representative with the Law Offices of Floyd, Skeren & Kelly, LLP in the firm's Riverside office location. Ms. Maloch has been with Floyd, Skeren & Kelly for several years and has brought her significant experience to her position with Floyd, Skeren & Kelly as a Hearing Representative and Lien Specialist. Ms. Maloch earned her Bachelor's of Arts Degree from California State University, Northridge. Prior to joining Floyd, Skeren & Kelly, Ms. Maloch worked as a risk management coordinator, an executive assistant insurance coordinator and a workers' compensation claims specialist for over 10 years. Cases 248 (February 3, 2009) has established a method by which the DFEC Table contained in the 2005 Schedule for Rating Permanent Disabilities can be rebutted. We have created an online calculator to help you calculate the DFEC in situations that trigger a rebuttal to the DFEC table in the PDRS.
